4 Horn Trench & Shoring is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support outside sales and coordinate rental equipment, deliveries, and pickups at our Corpus Christi branch. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a desire to work in Outside Sales, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task while learning all aspects of the business for future sales or management roles.

Formación

• Must have a desire to work in Outside Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time.
• Must be willing to learn all aspects of the business to prepare for a future role in sales and/or management.

Responsabilidades

• Assists Sales Reps and Branch Mgmt. with the coordinating of all rental equipment (and rental equipment accessories) inventory, deliveries, and pickups
• Act as a liaison between customers, and other departments of the branch, to ensure customer expectations are met, exceeded, and goodwill is maintained for future business
• Responsible for RentalMan system management of all on/off rents
• Dispatches service calls for delivery, equipment pick up, parts and maintenance
• Monitors accounts receivable reports
• Creates and monitors rental contracts and delivery tickets
• Continuous growth in knowledge of Company products, inventory, pricing and delivery capabilities
• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Management
