Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC in Ocala, FL is seeking an Outside Sales Coordinator to support our Outside Sales Representatives by coordinating product orders and delivering superior service to customers and contractors.

This full-time hourly role requires flexible hours and a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. You will handle quotes, pricing questions, order placements, and shipping coordination while maintaining relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the building materials industry preferred.
• Knowledge of lumber and building materials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative and management skills.
• Pricing and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate and timely support to the outside sales team and customers.
• Handle calls, emails and questions regarding pricing, availability, delivery, backorders, specifications, returns and order placements.
• Monitors shipping dates to ensure timely delivery and expedites as needed.
• Intake customer and contractor issues and delegate handling per guidelines.
• Create quotes and estimates from salesperson to customers and contractors.
• Order products for contractors and vendors.
• Assist Outside Sales Representatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
