Responsibilities include handling pricing and delivery questions, expediting shipments, creating quotes, and assisting in improving sales team productivity while maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lumber and building materials preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills; knowledge of sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely support to the outside sales team and customers.
• Handle pricing, availability, delivery, backorders, specifications, returns and order placements via calls/emails.
• Monitor shipping dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
• Intake customer and contractor issues and assist in resolution within company guidelines.
• Create and provide quotes and estimates for customers and contractors.
• Order products for contractors and vendors.
• Assist Outside Sales Representatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
