Sears Minneapolis is hosting an Outside Project Sales Consultant opportunity. This full-time, 100% commission role offers pre-set appointments and strong earning potential in a sales career with leadership exposure.

Territories cover areas within ~2 hours of your home zip, with W-2 benefits and paid training. No experience required; Sears will train motivated candidates with a passion for helping customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive local market travel with a personal vehicle; fuel reimbursement included.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs, depending on product.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work a 5 day week including Saturdays.
• Strong negotiation and written/verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with leadership to discuss a sales career opportunity.
• Manage outside project sales within a defined local area.
• Schedule and conduct pre-set in-home appointments with customers.
• Travel to appointments using a personal vehicle; follow fuel program.
• Provide excellent customer service and close on sales.
