Job summary

Bath Fitter in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to drive product sales to homeowners with provided leads.

You will own the sales cycle from first contact to close, benefit from competitive commissions, bonus opportunities, and strong internal training to support your success. Qualifications

• Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with strong closing ability.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell Bath Fitter products to homeowners with provided leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle from contact to close.
• Coordinate with customers to secure installations and follow-up for referrals.

As anOutsideSales Consultant, in this role you will be focusing on selling our products to homeowners with leads provided.

We are looking for…

• Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with “Best in Class" sales processes
• Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment
• Be able to work independently
• Driven to meet or exceed sales goals
• Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
• Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
