Job summary

Bath Fitter in the United States is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to secure sales while exciting homeowners about our premium bath remodeling solutions. You will work with provided leads and manage the full sales cycle.

This full-time W2 role offers competitive commissions and bonus opportunities, internal promotion paths, and ongoing training as you build relationships across the local market.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct-to-consumer sales with proven KPI performance.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel across sales territory.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell Bath Fitter products to homeowners with provided leads.
• Close sales and achieve targets.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead to close.
• Travel within the sales territory as required.

As anOutsideSales Consultant, in this role you will be focusing on selling our products to homeowners with leads provided.

We are looking for…

• Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with “Best in Class" sales processes
• Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment
• Be able to work independently
• Driven to meet or exceed sales goals
• Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
• Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
