Job summary

OneGroup is recruiting a Business Risk Specialist in Melbourne, FL to drive new commercial insurance sales and expand OneGroup offerings. You will build a growing client roster and maintain service standards with a focus on delivering insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

You will engage in proactive client meetings, present consultative recommendations, manage CRM data, and work with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities across products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• Property/Casualty license required and maintained with CE.
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience; insurance sales preferred.
• Ability to meet sales quotas and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial insurance sales and cross-sell OneGroup offerings.
• Meet with clients regularly to review needs and opportunities.
• Deliver consultative presentations with product knowledge across services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and build a qualified leads pipeline.
• Collaborate across departments to maximize cross-marketing opportunities.
