Job summary

OneGroup, a subsidiary of Community Bank, N.A., is seeking a Business Risk Specialist in Bethlehem, PA to drive new commercial insurance sales and grow a client roster. You will present solutions, manage pipelines, and collaborate with support teams to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of sales success, a Property/Casualty license, and a preferred Bachelor's degree. A valid driver's license/MVR and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Property/Casualty license required.
• If licensed, maintain Agent/Broker License through continuing education.
• 3-5 years of proven successful sales experience required.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial insurance sales and cross-sell OneGroup offerings.
• Meet with clients regularly and pre-emptively review needs.
• Present insurance solutions with strong product knowledge.
• Maintain CRM records and manage leads through referrals and cold outreach.
• Travel as needed to develop and service client relationships.
