Job summary

Atlanta Flooring Design Centers Inc. is expanding its Commercial Flooring Sales division and seeking experienced sales professionals who want equity in what they build.

You’ll develop relationships with general contractors, owners, architects, and developers across healthcare, hospitality, corporate offices and more. You will guide clients through product selection and pricing, backed by in-house estimating and installation teams, while building a sustainable book of business in a growing ESOP

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven B2B or commercial sales experience in flooring/building materials or related field.
• Ability to read blueprints and specs, and navigate GC/bid-cycle relationships.
• Independent, self-driven with team-backed warehousing, delivery and installation coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, property owners, architects, and developers across commercial flooring projects.
• Guide clients through product selection, specification, and pricing with in-house support.
• Manage full project arc from initial bid to installer coordination and job completion.
• Build a book of business and pipeline anchored to a growing ESOP company.
