You will develop relationships with GC, owners, architects, and developers across healthcare, hospitality, corporate offices, multifamily, education, and government projects, guiding clients through product selection and pricing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven B2B or commercial sales experience in flooring, building materials, construction, or related field.
• Comfort reading blueprints and specs, and navigating GC/bid-cycle relationships.
• Self-starter who can manage relationships independently, backed by a team.
• Long-term mindset to build value beyond quarterly numbers.
• Willing and able to learn new products and trade knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with GC, property owners, architects, and developers across commercial flooring projects.
• Guide clients through product selection, specification, and pricing backed by our in-house estimating, procurement, and installation teams.
• Manage the full project arc: initial bid through installer coordination, site walk-throughs, and job completion.
• Build a book of business and a pipeline that compounds with the infrastructure of a $200M+ company behind every deal.
