Job summary

Atlanta Flooring Design Centers, a 100% employee-owned company based in Suwanee, GA, is expanding its Commercial Flooring Sales team. We’re seeking seasoned sales professionals who will own relationships with general contractors, owners, architects, and developers across healthcare, hospitality, offices, multifamily, and education projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B or commercial sales experience in flooring, building materials, construction, or related field.
• Comfort reading blueprints and specs, and navigating GC/bid-cycle relationships.
• Self-starter able to manage relationships independently with warehousing, delivery, and installation support.
• Long-term mindset focused on building value over a decade, not just quarterly results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, property owners, architects, and developers across commercial flooring lifecycle.
• Guide clients through product selection, specification, and pricing with in-house estimating and installation teams.
• Manage the full project arc from initial bid through installer coordination, site walks, and job completion.
• Build a book of business and a pipeline that grows with the company’s scale and market expansion.
