Build Your Book of Business — And Your Ownership Stake
Atlanta Flooring Design Centers is a top 5 national retailer with $200M in sales. We are a 100% employee‑owned company committed to growth and equity for employees.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, property owners, architects, and developers across the commercial flooring lifecycle — from healthcare and hospitality to corporate offices, multifamily, education, and government projects.
- Guide clients through product selection, specification, and pricing, backed by our in‑house estimating, procurement, and installation teams.
- Manage the full project arc: initial bid through installer coordination, site walk‑throughs, and job completion.
- Build a book of business and pipeline that compounds, supported by a $200M+ company’s infrastructure.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of proven B2B or commercial sales experience in flooring, building materials, construction, or a related field.
- Comfort reading blueprints and specs and navigating GC/bid‑cycle relationships.
- Self‑starter who can manage relationships independently, supported by a team handling warehousing, delivery, and installation coordination.
- Long‑term mindset — looking to build over a decade, not just close quarterly numbers.
Why AFDC
- You own what you build; as an ESOP company, employees hold equity value in addition to commission.

- Leadership runway — opportunities to grow into sales management from within.
- Uncapped income potential layered with equity growth.
- Stability and growth in a profitable, established company.
