The role offers promotion tracks to Outside Sales Branch Manager, relocation support, and a compensation plan with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses as you grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years of B2B sales related experience preferred.
• Territory management or supervision experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell to B2B customers and manage outside sales efforts.
• Build relationships with existing customers and close rental, lease, and trailer sales transactions.
• Assist with credit, collections, and account management as needed.
• Track leads and sales data using a CRM system and support branch metrics.
