XTRA Lease LLC, based in Chicago, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our onsite Chicago Midway office. This role focuses on outside B2B trailer sales and rental solutions, with training to prepare you for an Outside Sales Branch Manager position.

You will build relationships with clients such as PepsiCo and FedEx, manage accounts, and work toward promotions with uncapped bonus potential and relocation support. Salary base and bonuses described in posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Territory management or supervision preferred.
• Willing to relocate for promotion within 1–2 years (relocation assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Sell and lease trailers to B2B customers, determining equipment needs and options.
• Use a consultative sales approach to prospect, build relationships, and close transactions.
• Manage customer accounts, assist with credit and collections as needed.
• Track leads and data using the sales system and support branch metrics.
