Job summary

XTRA Lease LLC, based in Atlanta, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for an onsite role at our Bowman Industrial Court location. You will lead outside sales efforts, develop relationships with major B2B clients, and prepare for future Outside Sales Branch Manager responsibilities with P&L oversight.

You will participate in a structured training path, earn uncapped commissions, and may receive relocation assistance as you progress within one of our 46 nationwide facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1-3 years of B2B sales related experience.
• Territory management or territory supervision (preferred).
• Willing to relocate for a promotion to an Outside Sales Branch Management role in your first 1-2 years of employment; relocation assistance provided as most Branch Managers promote out-of-state.

Responsibilities

• Serve B2B customers like PepsiCo and FedEx, determine equipment needs, and explain trailer rental options.
• Use a consultative sales approach to prospect, build relationships, and close rental, lease, and trailer sales transactions.
• Manage customer accounts including helping with credit and collections.
• Track customer leads and data using a sales system, perform inventories, manage key branch metrics, and other administrative tasks.
• Train for the role as Outside Sales Branch Manager with P&L responsibility at your branch location.

Assistant Branch Manager

The Assistant Branch Manager position offers job training and mentorship for the next stage in your career: a B2B Sales Branch Manager at one of our other 46 nationwide rental facilities. After a pay increase and relocation, you will begin to take on larger clients within an expanded sales territory, earn uncapped bonus potential, and manage P&L for your own branch location. We only hire sales and region managers via internal promotion, so you'll have opportunity to pursue new territory if you're looking for continued career growth.
