Walnut Street Kitchens is seeking an experienced Outside Sales and Business Development Representative in the Philadelphia area. This role focuses on developing new relationships with remodelers, builders, contractors, designers, and other trade professionals.

You will drive growth by generating opportunities, managing a territory, and building long-term client relationships. The position involves outbound outreach, in-person visits, and collaboration with showroom and design teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales and new business development.
• Proven ability to identify and close opportunities with remodelers, builders, designers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new remodelers, builders, contractors, and designers in the Philadelphia market.
• Develop relationships with business owners and purchasing decision-makers.
• Make outbound calls and emails; conduct in-person sales visits.
• Identify companies buying cabinets from competitors; introduce Walnut Street Kitchens and its services.
• Generate qualified kitchen and bath project opportunities; follow up with prospects and opportunities.
• Maintain a sales pipeline; track prospects and sales activity.
• Work with showroom and design teams; manage territory and schedule independently.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
