Your primary goal is to connect with homeowners, pre-qualify potential projects, and schedule design consultations for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and lead generation.

• Comfort with event-based outreach and outreach planning.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when events are held.

Responsibilities

• Generate remodeling leads through community events, networking, referrals, local outreach.

• Pre-qualify prospective clients using a company-provided questionnaire.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for initial design consultations.
• Enter appointments and lead details accurately into the CRM.
• Notify the sales team promptly when qualified appointments are scheduled.
• Represent the company at home shows, farmers' markets, trade shows, and events.
• Support pre-event, live-event, and post-event social media promotion.
• Track lead sources, appointments, attendance, and project outcomes.
