Steri-Clean The Villages, FL is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand its client base and referral network across The Villages and North Central Florida. This role emphasizes relationship-building with property managers, funeral homes, and healthcare providers, requiring professionalism and empathy.

The ideal candidate will generate new business, nurture existing accounts, and represent Steri-Clean with integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside sales or business development experience.
• Restoration, funeral service, senior care, home health, insurance, or property management backgrounds are a strong plus.
• Florida driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new referral relationships with funeral homes, medical examiner staff, law enforcement, hospice, home health providers, and other professionals.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote Steri-Clean's services.
• Maintain a field cadence: 5 new contacts and 5 follow-ups weekly; restock and thank-you within 7–10 days; value touch at 30 days; quarterly reviews.
• Manage and grow an existing book of referral accounts through follow-up and service advocacy.
• Maintain a contact tracker and report weekly on visits, contacts, leads, and jobs booked.
