Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Jacksonville–St. Augustine is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in Northeast Florida.

This outside sales role focuses on building long-term referral relationships that generate ongoing business for cleaning and restoration services. You will cultivate partnerships with insurance professionals, property managers, real estate professionals, and other referral sources, promoting our full service portfolio while managing your own income

Qualifications

• Outside sales or business development experience preferred.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with referral partners.
• Strong networking, self-motivation, and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent schedule of in-person visits with referral partners.
• Generate new referral relationships and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Educate referral partners on Voda’s cleaning and restoration capabilities.
• Attend networking events, trade associations, chamber events, and industry functions.
• Represent the company at local networking organizations, including a weekly BNI chapter.
• Host lunch-and-learns and educational presentations.
• Deliver marketing materials and promotional items to referral partners.
• Track sales activity, contacts, and opportunities using the company CRM.
• Follow up on referrals to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure projects are completed with excellence.
• Meet or exceed monthly activity goals and sales objectives.
