Job summary

Ankem of Texas, Inc is seeking motivated Inside Sales Specialists to join our growing team. The Outside Sales Associate will expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with clients across sectors such as ready-mix concrete, oil field, automotive, and general industries.

You will conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and manage the sales cycle from first contact to order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is self-driven with excellent communication, strong product knowledge,

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within a defined territory by targeting new and existing accounts.
• Conduct on-site customer visits, product demonstrations, and consultations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend cleaning solutions from Ankem's product line.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and customer information in CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
