Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
• Follow up with inbound leads and existing house accounts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Prepare and present quotes, pricing, and product information
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with outside sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally
• Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, janitorial, or B2B sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
