Sesmas Tree Service is a family-owned business that seeks a motivated, energetic individual for sales of commercial and residential tree services. We are looking for an associate with excellent communication skills, a competitive spirit, a team player mentality, and the ability to sell our services to a knowledgeable customer base. This position has a starting salary of up to $60,000 (set based upon your experience) plus commissions, with a definite ability to earn $100,000+ the first year of employment.

Duties:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our arboricultural services within assigned territories.
• Write estimates that detail the suggested scope of work, including necessary procedures and pricing.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking events.
• Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional services, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales effectively while maintaining profitable margins.
• Collaborate with management on territory management strategies, marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns to maximize outreach and growth.

Skills:

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a Green industry preferred.
• ISA Certified Arborist, or a strong salesperson willing to acquire certification over a reasonable time.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead client relationships from prospecting through closing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present services and close deals.
• Familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking, customer management, and analysis skills.
• Knowledge of arboriculture or related field sales is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in cold calling, direct sales, inside sales support, and sales environments.
