Job summary

SavATree LLC in New Milford, CT, seeks a Sales Arborist to grow their territory by building long-term client relationships and delivering expert landscape care. You’ll diagnose landscapes, prepare service estimates, coordinate with crews, and drive customer satisfaction in the field.

You’ll engage with communities, pursue referrals, and participate in events while advancing professionally through training and development programs and a strong compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Degree in Arboriculture or related field preferred but not required.
• Green industry experience helpful.
• Ability to learn and grow in a fast-growing company.

About the Role

As a Sales Arborist, you will be the trusted advisor to property owners, ensuring the health and safety of their trees, plants, and landscapes.

In this role, you will:

A degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences, or Landscape Management is preferred, but not required. Green industry experience helps, but drive and a passion for learning are even more important.

Physical Demands

This role involves being outdoors and frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
