The Trident Society in Laguna Woods, CA is seeking an Outside Sales Advisor to drive growth using company-provided leads from web, direct mail and seminars. This full-time role offers a generous earnings package with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, plus paid training.

You will travel to reach prospects, present at seminars and in-home discussions, and close sales with a strong one-call/visit close. Prior sales experience and self-motivation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must obtain an insurance license and pass licensing background checks.
• Experience in in-home or seminar-based sales preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules.
