Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking an Account Manager/Outside Sales to build a territory in Roanoke, VA. You will develop repeat business within existing accounts and pursue new opportunities using a consultative selling approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience or equivalent in route sales.
• Industrial/MRO experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Build a territory and grow earnings by developing repeat business in existing accounts and opening new opportunities.
• Use handheld tech to manage customer inventory and sell new products.
• Call on engineers, maintenance, purchasing and others using a consultative selling approach.
