Applied Maintenance Supplies & Solutions, a division of Applied Industrial Technologies, seeks an outside sales professional in Roanoke, VA. You will develop a territory, build repeat business, and open new accounts using a consultative selling approach to learn customer needs and applications.

You will manage relationships with engineers, maintenance, and purchasing while demonstrating products and expanding earnings. On-site role with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience, route sales or new business development.
• Industrial/MRO knowledge a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Authorized to work in the US; sponsorship not offered.

Responsabilités

• Maintain current customers while prospecting new opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up, negotiate terms, close deals.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers and prospects.
• Complete itineraries, expense, sales call and other related reports.
