A leading industrial distribution company seeks a driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join their Fluid Power division in the Pittsburgh metro area. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in Fluid Power. Responsibilities include developing a sales strategy, pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience; Fluid Power sales experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with fluid power systems and components is a big advantage.
• Valid driver’s license with occasional overnight travel required.

We’re looking for a driven, solutions-focused Outside Sales Account Manager to join our Fluid Power division in the Pittsburgh, PA metro area. Essential Functions

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your District Sales Manager
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations
• Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territory
• Leverage support from expert inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions
• Use CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline and territory

Experience, Education and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus preferred), or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (Fluid Power sales is a strong plus and preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a big advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Computer and technology proficient including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn and effectively use CRM systems and related apps.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally overnight
