Job description

Job Title: Outside Sales Account Manager

We are hiring for the position of Outside Sales Account Manager at SITEK Process Solutions. This is a full-time remote role based in Massachusetts, requiring the ability to work independently and engage via online communication platforms.

Compensation:

  • Base pay range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
  • Additional compensation: Commission (approximately 50/50 split with base pay)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through video, phone, and email communication
  • Conduct onsite visits to customer sites
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and sales pipeline updates
  • Identify sales opportunities within customer accounts
  • Generate quotes, process orders, and expand product offerings within existing accounts

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management
  • Experience delivering effective sales presentations
  • Positive attitude with a win-win mindset
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Self-motivated to work remotely
  • Knowledge of front-end wafer fabrication tools is a plus
  • Personal vehicle for travel, with mileage reimbursement

Additional Details:

  • Must reside in Massachusetts or within daily driving distance
  • Industry experience in semiconductors is advantageous
