Are you a passionate, experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager looking for a thrilling new opportunity? We are seeking a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our company's success. Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail, possessing an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be entrusted with a broad range of responsibilities. You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, nurturing relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. Your role will involve

  • Managing and growing a book of commercial lines accounts.
  • Analyzing and assessing clients' risk exposure, recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Handling policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Issuing certificates of insurance (COIs) and managing the entire COI process.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving client inquiries, and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective strategies for client retention and growth.
  • Utilizing AMS for client management and policy administration.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in a commercial lines account management role.
  • Proficiency in risk management, policy analysis, and policy renewal processes.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Expertise in property and casualty insurance.
  • Experience in handling renewals, certificates, and client management.
  • Proficiency in using AMS360 and/or AppliedEPIC systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • A Property and Casualty license is needed for this position.
