Aston Carter is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to recruit local small businesses into a growing delivery partner program. This field-based role covers Bremerton, WA and surrounding areas, including Tacoma, Gig Harbor, and nearby markets.

You will build relationships with business owners, present the program, qualify prospects, and guide partners through onboarding. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with mileage reimbursement and a monthly phone stipend.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

This role requires travel throughout the territory, typically within a two-hour driving radius, with most of the week spent meeting local business owners and attending community events.

This is a Contract position based out of Tacoma, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
