Job summary

C&C HYDRAULICS INC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to promote our services and products. You will service customers with a company vehicle, build rapport, and close deals.

The role requires strong negotiation, customer service, and communication skills; daily visits, CRM documentation, and achievement of sales targets in a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous outside sales experience.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team to promote our services and products.
In this role, you will have a company vehicle to service the Construction, Municipalities' and Automotive industries in CT, and generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals.
Your responsibilities will include, visiting customers, submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your protected territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals.
The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
This sales position is a Monday thru Friday CT base position where you start and end the workday from our company location. (no overnight hotels).

Responsibilities
