SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking an Intake Coordinator in Monona, WI to handle client communications and caregiver intake calls. You will support home care goals by delivering excellent service and coordinating intake processes efficiently.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of home care experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and time-management skills. This is an autonomous, self-motivated role with opportunities to contribute to a growing national agency.
