SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring an Intake Coordinator to support new and existing clients with compassionate, timely intake calls and scheduling. The role focuses on clear communication, accurate information gathering, and coordinating with caregivers to match care needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of home care experience, a high school diploma, and excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills. This is an in-office position within our New Jersey office.

We have an opening for an Intake Coordinator who can answer yes to these questions.
