SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our national agency. You will manage client and caregiver intake calls, communicate with clients, and deliver exceptional customer service to support home care decisions.

We value self-motivated individuals with strong time management and communication skills who can work autonomously while providing reliable intake support and helping to connect clients with the right care in their own homes.

Qualifications

• One–two years experience in a home care setting preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
