Job summary

Norden Manufacturing in North Bloomfield, Ohio, is seeking an outside salesperson to grow the dealer network within a 250-mile territory. You will sign new stocking dealers, visit existing partners, and support dealer sales teams to increase market reach.

Task of training, developing and partnering with dealer’s sales team. Territory surrounding job to be within 250-mile radius. Expectation to travel for training and meetings at Norden office once per quarter. **Tools for the job:**Vehicle, cell, laptop and sales skills (growing in Norden culture, caring for people and building relationships). Integrity is of utmost importance.**Norden’s expectation for sales growth:** Sign on a minimum of 8 stocking dealers, approx. 1.5 million in sales, visit existing dealers and visit the local farmers (Feedback helps us become better at sales and manufacturing)When a sales person becomes familiar with Norden’s equipment enough to be helpful in problem solving, the time involved will be compensated in addition to salary (hourly pay).**Wage:*** Yearly salary $60,000, (approx. 2000 hours/2-week vacation & 7 paid holidays.) + Monthly commission of 2% on any net sales of Norden’s equipment in Sales person territory.* New stocking dealer signup bonus (based on order amount).**Expenses:**Expenses to be reimbursed by Norden**Travel to meet Customers per diem $$.*** Overnight per diem (250+ mile) $175/night.* Vehicle mileage expense $.75 per mile**Interested in joining our team?
