NC The CAT Rental Store in Fife, WA is seeking an Outside Rental Sales Rep to generate profitable rentals and actively grow our customer base in the assigned territory.

You will rent Caterpillar earthmoving equipment with a focus on Building Construction Products and Compact Construction equipment, plus generators, lifts, and trailers. The role demands high energy, a take-charge attitude, strong communication, and the ability to close opportunities while representing top brands.

Qualifications

• You must be high energy and self-motivated.
• A take charge attitude with the drive to help customers succeed.
• 2-3 years outside rental or sales experience highly preferred.
• Prospecting, new business development and customer retention skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate profitable rentals for The CAT Rental Store.
• Aggressively pursue and close rental opportunities in the territory.
• Rent Caterpillar earthmoving equipment with focus on Building Construction Products & Compact Construction Equipment.
• Represent brands such as Genie, JLG, Sullair, Multiquip, Allmand.
• Answer technical inquiries with equipment knowledge.
• Communicate effectively to assist customers' business needs.
