Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking an Outside Plant Engineer to connect customers to our telecommunications products nationwide.

You will design, analyze and engineer outside plant networks using copper, fiber, and electronics, while coordinating teams and vendors to ensure safe, on-time project delivery. The role requires a STEM degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Assist in planning and design of outside plant network structures.
• Coordinate development, construction and maintenance of projects.
• Communicate to establish productive working relationships and drive projects.
• Identify pole ownership, ROW and permit requirements.
