Job summary

Uniti is seeking an Outside Plant Engineer to develop and implement fiber and copper infrastructure for our customers. You will analyze data, plan and design outside plant facilities, and manage complex field-to-office projects while delivering cost-effective solutions.

Primary work includes 70% fieldwork and 30% office tasks with travel up to 25%. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a background in telecom engineering.

Qualifications

• Strong and effective technical communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Self-starting with minimal guidance and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Engineer/design outside plant facilities including fiber and copper.

About This Role:

The Uniti Fiber Outside Plant Engineer will work to create meaningful connections with customers and build long‑term relationships. By analyzing a variety of data, you will solve complex problems for our fiber customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Engineer/design outside plant facilities including fiber and copper
