Wallwork/Valley Imports in Great Falls, MT is seeking an Outside Parts Sales Representative to serve assigned accounts, grow heavy truck parts sales, and deliver parts to customers in the surrounding area.

This role blends sales, customer service, and hands-on work in a dynamic route-sales setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in heavy truck parts industry and/or sales.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, stay organized, and work independently.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Visit and contact assigned customers to understand parts needs, provide service, and generate sales.
• Prospect for new customers and develop new accounts.
• Submit customer parts orders, follow up on sales, and coordinate deliveries and returns.
• Deliver parts using company vehicles, including pickups and trailers where applicable.
• Load and unload parts and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Process core, battery, warranty, and new-part returns.
• Complete vehicle safety checks and report safety concerns.
• Stay current on products and industry information to better support customers.

Wallwork is hiring an Outside Parts Sales Representative to serve assigned accounts, grow heavy truck parts sales, and deliver parts to businesses in the surrounding area. This position offers a mix of sales, customer service, and hands-on work—ideal for someone who likes variety and takes pride in following through for customers.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

High school diploma or GED.

At least one year of experience in the heavy truck parts industry and/or sales.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly.

The ability to read and follow instructions, stay organized, and work independently.

The ability to handle changing priorities and work effectively with customers and coworkers.

The ability to perform the hands-on duties of the role, including loading and unloading parts, lifting and carrying, bending, and working around vehicles and warehouse equipment.

Pay

Expected total annual compensation is $60,000-$80,000 , consisting of a $48,000 base salary plus commission . Actual total earnings will vary based on commission earned.
