Job summary

Wallwork is hiring an Outside Parts Sales Representative to serve assigned accounts, grow heavy truck parts sales, and deliver parts in the Great Falls area. The role blends sales, customer service, and hands-on duties, with a $48,000 base salary plus commission and an anticipated total compensation of $60,000–$80,000.

Expect to visit customers, build relationships, develop new business, and coordinate deliveries and returns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in heavy truck parts industry and/or sales.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, stay organized, and work independently.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work with customers and coworkers.
• Hands-on duties including loading/unloading parts and operating warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Visit and contact assigned customers to understand parts needs, provide service, and generate sales.
• Prospect for new customers and develop new accounts.
• Submit customer parts orders, follow up on sales, and coordinate deliveries and returns.
• Deliver parts using company vehicles and operate forklifts as needed.
• Load and unload parts and operate warehouse equipment.
• Process returns and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and report safety concerns.
• Stay current on products and industry information to support customers.
• Maintain dependable attendance and provide professional customer service.
