Job summary

Bruckner Truck & Equipment is seeking an energetic Outside Parts Sales Representative to drive growth in a defined Arkansas territory. You will prospect, win new accounts, and sell heavy truck parts to fleets, owner-operators, municipalities, and repair facilities.

Expect a competitive base salary with aggressive commissions, plus benefits and advancement opportunities in a family-oriented, team-driven environment. Travel and long distances are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and aggressively grow a defined territory.
• Prospect daily—cold calls, drop-ins, fleet visits, referrals.
• Win new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Sell heavy truck parts to fleets, owner-operators, municipalities, and repair facilities.
• Build long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with inside sales, warehouse, and service teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Track activity and opportunities in CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
