Bruckner Truck & Equipment is seeking an Outside Parts Sales Representative to drive new business and own a defined territory across our extensive truck parts network. You will prospect daily, win new accounts, and develop relationships with fleets, owner-operators, municipalities, and repair facilities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of outside B2B sales, a valid driver’s license, and the drive to meet aggressive sales goals while collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-tier customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and aggressively grow a defined territory.
• Prospect daily—cold calls, drop-ins, fleet visits, referrals.
• Win new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Sell heavy truck parts to fleets, owner-operators, municipalities, and repair facilities.
• Build long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with inside sales, warehouse, and service teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Track activity and opportunities in CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
