Bruckner Truck & Equipment, a leading heavy truck parts provider, seeks an Outside Parts Sales Representative to grow a defined territory. You’ll prospect, win new accounts, and sell parts to fleets, municipalities, and repair shops, building long-term relationships for recurring revenue.

The role requires a hunter mentality, 2+ years in outside sales, and a valid driver’s license. Expect competitive pay with growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and aggressively grow a defined territory.
• Prospect daily — cold calls, drop-ins, fleet visits, referrals.
• Win new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Sell heavy truck parts to fleets, owner-operators, municipalities, and repair facilities.
• Build long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with inside sales, warehouse, and service teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Track activity and opportunities in CRM.
