Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC seeks an Outside Loan Originator for our Boise-based branch to originate residential mortgage loans and grow a scalable business. You will build strong relationships with Realtors, builders, and referral partners while promoting CCM products to meet borrowers' needs.

You will leverage local support and technology to deliver a smooth borrower experience from application to closing, driving growth and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• Mortgage origination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans.
• Build and maintain Realtor, builder, and partner relationships.
• Analyze markets to locate loan prospects and referrals.
• Market CCM products to meet customers' needs.
• Coordinate with processing and underwriting to resolve issues.
• Attend closings, open houses, and lead-generating activities.
