Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a field sales associate to meet homeowners at their homes and discuss our window and door solutions. You’ll generate leads, schedule in-home consultations with our sales team, and walk through neighborhoods to connect with potential customers.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, starting at $20/hour plus bonuses, with total annual compensation of about $50-$60k.

Uncapped Commission. No Experience Needed.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible!

What You’ll Earn:

• $20/hour + Uncapped Commission Bonuses
