Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, calls for motivated sales professionals to join our New Jersey territory. Designers visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacement solutions and close on the same day, with a strong uncapped commission structure and comprehensive training.

Training is provided, with coaching and mentorship, plus opportunities for trips and an extensive benefits package including insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually
