Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking a full-time field sales representative in Cranford, NJ. You will be the face of the brand, generate leads, and schedule in-home consultations by approaching homeowners at their doors.

No prior experience required; we provide all training and tools. You’ll walk neighborhoods, share information about our window and door solutions, and work with the sales team to close appointments.

Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible!

What You'll Earn:

• $20/hour + Uncapped Bonuses
• Total Compensation: $50-60k annually
