Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking motivated Design Consultants for our New Jersey territory. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacement options, aiming for a same-day decision.

No project management or follow-up is required; you will follow a proven sales process. This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Able to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Able to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually
• Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship
