Job summary

Cleft on the Rock is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time outside sales capacity. You will meet with business owners and employees to provide supplemental insurance solutions and help protect what matters most.

Responsibilities include building your own book of business, conducting in-person consultations, following up on leads, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals with manager support. Remote/hybrid setup offered with a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented mindset with empathy and motivation to help others.
• Licensed Health & Life or willingness to obtain license; reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and manage your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
