Job summary

FreshPoint San Francisco, Inc. is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote products and build relationships with new and existing accounts in the San Francisco area.

You will drive sales, manage accounts, and contribute to meeting objectives while working flexible hours to serve customers. The role offers a competitive base salary with bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth within a purpose-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of sales, and/or chef/restaurant management experience, and/or related field.
• 1 year of outside foodservice sales experience preferred.
• Restaurant management / chef experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Seek and qualify prospects following account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet them.
• Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, meetings, and events.
• Prepare sales budgets and reports, maintain records, and process quotes.
